St. Louis turned into a full-on party during Mardi Gras this year, especially with the PLAYR1 Tent bringing the heat. Headlining the event was none other than John Summit, and he did not disappoint. The Chicago-born DJ brought his signature high-energy set to the heart of Soulard, and the crowd was with him every second.

The PLAYR1 Tent had one of the most electric vibes of the entire Mardi Gras celebration. With lights flashing and bass shaking the ground, it felt more like a music festival than a street party. John Summit's set was packed with his biggest tracks, including hits from his recent album Comfort in Chaos. He had everyone dancing in the cold with nonstop house grooves and perfectly timed drops.

The lineup before Summit also helped build the energy. The openers kicked things off with a smooth, vibey set that got people moving early. Then came Fuck Chuck—bringing a wild, fun energy that had the crowd fully hyped before Summit took over. After Summits set DJ Linska closed it off with one of her classic tracks “Bad Boy”.

Overall, the PLAYR1 Tent was the place to be during St. Louis Mardi Gras. With a stacked lineup and a crowd ready to party, John Summit’s performance capped off an unforgettable day. Let’s hope this becomes a Mardi Gras tradition.
